Panthers were 4-7 in '09 when Moore was named the starter. This year, pretending he didn't start the first two games, which record would you rather have Matt Moore starting for you. The Matt Moore we've known minus those two games this year.

The point I'm trying to make is, it seems Moore plays best when the Panthers have a fork stuck in them.

It does suck that he seems to play his best football when there is no pressure on him. They are both pretty bad records so I wouldn't say one is better than the other.

How does he have no pressure on him? He was already benched in favor of the heir apparent once, and is playing on a one year contract for a team facing a massive restructuring after the season.

Call me crazy, but that sounds like pressure.

The fork isn't in until we lose 2 more games, which could be approaching soon. last year, the fork was in while he was full time starter.
