First I need to learn how to multi quote posts cause the one you quoted of mine was part of several. I will say again, that I never said yesterday's game was meaningless or the season was over. I am very happy with the win and glad to see Moore play the way he ended last season. I was hoping Moore would have a great season and lead the team, but was not 100% sold he was the long term solution coming into this season and am still not going to change the opinion based on yesterday's game.

And again, it wasn't so much addressed at you. It was adressed at that general statement that's taken off around here.

unless he finishes the season extremely strong I'm going to be skeptical of him. I wanted him to find his 2009 mojo and he did. I hope he keeps it. He still overthrows guys too much, if that problem gets better I will feel more confident knowing that he still has some upside to explore.

It's just scary how he has some sort of switch where he goes from a strength to an extreme liability. It seems like it's a mental thing which again is scary. It's something that in the end only he can fix.

So the fact that steve smith missed all of training camp, and pre season didn't have anything to do with the way moore played the beginning of the season?

No steve smith, and a different pair of young receivers to practice with every week, makes it extremely difficult for any qb. Even the legends.

Add to that our running game has not been a strength. I think its fair obvious why there was struggles, and why moore felt the need to push...rather than just be the guy he is.

He is good enough for the franchise to dump jake, and move on. He had a few bad games, when nothing was going right on offense.

But saying yesterday's game meant less pressure than the begining of the season, because you consider the season to be over and it's the same circumstance like last year IS 100% FALSE.

I coulda sworn Moore said in his postgame interview that he "felt the pressure" more in his first two games and didn't play loose...

obviously there is pressure in any game. But, I honestly think there is a lot more pressure at the beginning of the year, when everything is on your shoulders...

not sure i can say the same about you, pffl, though. for me it's been a lot like getting a poodle to chase around a laser point on the floor and running them around in circles and every once in a while running them into a wall. it's a lot of fun to watch but every once in a while it gets boring like it is now.

I m not going to lie I was in agreement in pulling moore based on his play, and i was glad to give jimmy a shot. Shame he wasnt ready. Frankly i dont care who is QB , as long as they win and protect the ball. It was a great relief to see the 09 moore back, I did not see that coming, maybe he got laid, whatever the case he needs to bottle it up and keep it in ready supply.
