A quick note to Huddle Members (some of you, anyway)

When David Carr came to Charlotte some years back, many on this board predicted that he would help us win. Others, however, were skeptical.

Well, it may have taken a while, but that prediction has finally come true. Today, David Carr did indeed help the Panthers to seal a victory.

Kudos on the prediction. Those who doubted owe you an apology.

I was once trying to explain to a guy how to make a phone call using a "1-0" number, and he argued with me that the instructions card he had in front of him didn't say to dial "one-zero". They said to dial "ten". I told him it was the same thing. He said "No it isn't" and was very insistent about it :confused:

My response? Fine. If you can find a phone with a "ten" button, use it.

Hope you never have an emergency, pal, cause you'll be dead before you can find a phone with a nine-hundred and eleven button.
