Thread for the people who stuck by Matt Moore

this is really becoming very annoying. You Moore lovers are crowning this guy the next future QB. Like i said in last post. They played a crappy 49'ers team that didnt even have their starting QB for most of the game. Until he plays this good against GOOD teams. Let me say again..GOOD TEAMS. Then its just another "it is what it is" .

I stuck by him from the beginning... only other person I can remember off the top of my head was CRA

I didnt stick by him cause I liked him but I felt he didnt get a fair chance since last season ended. They drafted 3 f*ckin Qb's, and one of those qb's was the second coming of Jesus. It was like hurry up and fail so we can put the rookie in... that's not fair. He had a bad game and got a concussion... then Fox played him the next week, unfair once again. We coulda won the game with a few things going our way and all of sudden he was benched. It was messed up period

All of that cause of one person. If Jake was the backup instead, I guarantee we woulda stuck with Matt a lil longer

I have defended both QB's, so I don't hate either one of them, but you have to be a complete moron if you can't see that this was, by far, the best performance from a Panthers QB this season. And David Carr has nothing to do with how Moore played against their defense, which is a very good one, despite their record.

I stuck by the Panthers, I don't lick any one players balls, I lick them all! wait,,what?

That sound like me too. :P

And good to see Moore bound back though I'm trying to be skeptical, 'cause we took on a terrible team in the 49ers & Moore almost blew it with an INT. The rest of the games will be key if Moore can keep it up. Also, I'm sick of another "Moore vs. Clausen" comments we keep seeing. Both are our QBs & I'm going to stand by them, especially Clausen. It silly to compare them anyway when one been around longer in Moore to a rookier in Clausen. Let just enjoy our win & leave it at that, guys.

SF was moving the ball good with Alex. When he got hurt and you place Carr in, they become very one demensional. Only thing that kept the game close was the interception run back for a TD that Moore threw. Take that out of the equation and i think we would have easily won by atleast 1 TD.

Yes Matt Moore played good. Honestly i dont care about his play. I'm more excited about the WR play, b/c i really dont see him here next year when a new coach is brought in. Now if Matt Moore lights it up like today against a good team then ill be the 1st to eat my crow after the game.

L2type. What's Alex Smith's injury have to do with Moore's game? Yes, maybe the 49ers would have won, and while we're speaking hypothetically, if Gettis caught the TD, we would've won. See what I did there?

Moore had a great game. Managed the game well, had good passes. He also didn't force it as much. He has progressed. The reason why it's a big deal is because it's something to get excited about. This seasons been abysmal, and why not be positive while we can?

It boggles the mind that people can't get excited about Matt Moore's performance, after the horrible QB play we have had to witness this year. If you can't be happy for the guy today, then you must just hate him no matter what.

And FTR, I would be saying the same thing about JC if he had played this well. This business of liking one guy and hating the other is ridiculous and childish.

I've been supportive of Moore, but I can also admit that one game doesn't a man make. Neither does two bad games either...

Let's see how he finishes out the season before any apologies are necessary or not. I'd like to believe he can be the QB we need, for this year and maybe more. I also liked Gettis when I got to see him in there as well, so make of my opinion what you will.

Thank you!

Alot of the crap we're dealing with this season is because of Delhomme! Fug him!
