Reminder that Tepper made a lot of his fortune by buying debt from companies and then asking the government for a bailout on the debt he now owns. In a world of scummy billionaires, he somehow manages to be even scummier.

I heard he became a overnight billionaire when he gambled on Obama bailing out the banks, he was right.

There's too many ???&WTF things happening, but government bailing out car companys, banks, ANY GD company that was ran into the ground or allowing to operate while owning billions and millions is at the top of the mountain of fug you.

Im pretty sure he is a billionaire now but he wasn't when he first bought the bobcats/hornets and mostly bought their debt and some skittles

He is and was, but he'd be worth two billion instead of just one....

Im honest in saying the public doesn't know or realize the amount of cash he has lost gambling. There's a nasty rumor that brings it to some understanding. Along with if you believe he just woke up and was like " I think I can hit that single A curve ball " rather than make 30 million per. It's almost like he was forced....

Nike saved his financial career with the Jumpman brand, which I have a question- Does the youth care about Jumpman in 2025?

especially when you have a group of "individuals" threatening to kill you and your response is " Im Michael Jeffrey Jordan, you cannot kill me!! ". Mob....errrraA tax collectors- " I guess that's true, so what about your family?? "

He also had insane debts at casinos, he had to sell Jumpman stock to pay off a couple of them. Lots of bad investments that were gambles as well....
