BS? Were you at the game cheering him for putting an 0-5 team on the field? I didn't go to the game and I wouldn't spend a cent on it. I've been to at least one or two games every year since '04 with the exception of '07 and I have no plans to see them in the near future. It's pure capitalism. Put out a shoddy product and people get pissed. If Richardson wants to keep making money off his creation (which is what it's all about in America) he'd better take the boos from the people who buy tickets seriously. Winning makes money. You don't get paid for "good vibes" despite what 1967 told you.

Toyota analogy stands.

and edit: Charlotte has already shown they'll run a team out of town over a greedy owner.

I was at the game cheering my team, as I have been for every single home game in 16 season. Don't plan to stop anytime in the near future. Does that mean I'm happy with this season? Absolutely not.

You have a right to not purchase the product, and to even disparage it.

He's taken the boos before, and he's still there. Yes, it's pure capitalism ... it's a business ... but we all know it's more than that.

I was at the game and had a blast. There were four 9er fans behind me making meow and hissing sounds the entire time. They also made a remark about Panther fans leaving early because they thought the Panthers were going to lose.

After Kasay made the game winning field goal they slinked off and started walking down to leave. I had to holler "Hey, Where you goin? The game ain't over yet!" :D

Every team's fans leave when they're losing ... every one of them.

It was kinda nice that it looks like our fans may be finally catching on to shutting the hell up while the offense is on the field.

Had to tell some women in front of me to shutup a couple times, but it seemed for the most part, they're getting the hang of it.

Helps when half of the bandwagon football fans didn't show up to the game.

Richardson has responded well so far and I expect him to put a winner back on the field if not next year because of the lockout then the following year. I just don't agree with how he handled the previous offseason and his tight lipped interaction with fans. That's why fans are booing and they have every right, especially if they bought tickets.

But this is really the first season that Richardson showed some greed and Charlotte has not responded well to that in the past.

That's a pretty silly rule

Nope, not silly. My preference. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Gamecock. Same with Panthers. It's my ethos, my upbringing from going to football games as a youngster with my dad and uncles. I may not be happy, but I will never boo my own team.

Of course, you do what you wish. Your right.

Mr. Richardson has never, ever been a public person. Why do we expect that to change? Haven't you learned in 16 years?

I've supported your (and other fans') right to boo. I don't have to like it, and I can express my opinion that I think it's pathetic.

Just a reminder ... this isn't "just" Charlotte's team.

When we were setting up for the game winning field goal I kept yelling "hold onto the damn ball." Was glad I was able to say something like that this year, finally.

Bigger question is did Boo and her friend make it up on the big screen for the fan cameo pictures.
