Trick or Treat

There's nothing saying that you cant trick or treat for a while and come back early. I'm not sure how having it on Saturday is any better than having it on Sunday anyway.

My kid is 9 and we don't stay out past 7:30-8. She has braces and cant eat half the candy anyway. We get back home, take a bath brush teeth and still is in bed on time.

dont listen to the ortho!

I did it the entire time I had braces for 4 years....never hurt me one bit!

I ate all that stuff, popcorn, caramel, blah blah blah

Just makes your child more miserable :(

They also tell you after you get them off you have to wear your retainer for the rest of your life. My dad and me both laughed in the lady's face.

Honestly, it's somewhat my excuse for not letting her have it. Yeah I know, I'm a horrible parent but I'm proud of it. :D She has a tendency to not brush well and we are paying out the ass for these braces. I do let her have some things sometimes but not all the time.
