In football terms it would be like our jenkins situation but releasing him during mid-season. The player is unhappy with organization with how things are being ran and thinks the team isnt putting him in the best position to win..then you have the team who thinks the player(driver) isn't giving 100% and is becomming an issue off the track( field)
