I'd really like to see us run it on 1st down at least 70% of the time. We've thrown it more than I can ever remember on 1st down this year trying to stretch the defense. Unfortunately we haven't been able to complete a pass on 1st down in the first half yet that I can remember.

Our best drive against the Bears we didn't attempt a single pass.

We're going to have to establish a threat with the passing game or we're going to see 8 and 9 men in the box all day.

Having Smith back will be a huge help, just his presence on the field makes teams respect our ability to pass the ball.

I'll be interested to see how much we plan to use DT. He's a YAC guy and so is Smith, would love to see us use the screen game to combat the loaded boxes and blitzing we're going to see. Hurt them with screens and they'll back the blitz off, then connect on a few long throws and it will open things up for the running game.
