(Darin Gantt) The Panthers new-old-new QB Matt Moore had some unexpected good news Wednesday, as, WR Steve Smith was back on the practice field.p/ Smith missed the Chicago game after suffering a high ankle sprain at New Orleans. Typically that's a four-week injury (as it was for DE Tyler Brayton) but Smith has traditionally been a quick healer.
