The moist wipes don't take the place of the TP, it's what you finish with.

All you dirty fukkers out there take this challenge. Do your business as usual, and when you would normally get up and be done, use a moist wipe and see what TP left behind.

They aren't bad at all, but it just strange to do the deed and wipe with something wet...
