Smitty returns to practice

I know it's inconceivable to some of you that ESPN "reports" on things that they have no knowledge of from time to time, but it does happen. ESPECIALLY when it involves the Panthers.

So basing any conspiracy theories of magical ankles based on what ESPN said 3 days ago is probably a bad foundation for an argument. Just my two cents.

You have yet to acknowledge that Jimmy and Smitty have clearly had an altercation on the sideline no matter how they want to portray it. You are clearly ignoring the fact that during the Saints game Smith was visibly upset with the way the offense was playing.

What do you say to fact that he returned to practice only 2 weeks after his injury that usually takes 4-6?

You are one of those people that probably thinks Vick didn't have anything to do with the guy getting shot at his birthday huh? Guy rats out Vick. Vick goes to jail. Vick gets out of jail throws birthday party. Guy shows up ininvited. Vick and guy have confrontation. Guy leaves. Vick gets in car and heads in direction guy left. Guy gets shot.

"But Vick didn't tell us that he or his boys shot the guy so it didn't happen, just like OJ said he didn't kill his ex-wife only how he would've killed her!"

I never said that they did not.....I saw that they did.

However, believing that is evidence that Smitty would drag his feet on returning is nothing but conjecture....and not evidence.

Hell, I remember times where Smitty was in the face of Delhomme.

Please stop passing your opinion off as "evidence"....you continue to look more and more like a complete idiot.

I accept that you "believe" that Smitty was doing this...however, that is NOT f**kING EVIDENCE.

Move along.

Where is the reading comprehension on this board? Please go back and read every post and see if anyone says that he is faking...Go ahead, I'll wait. Okay. Go back and read the thread again and tell me if anyone said that he would sit out if healthy. Go ahead. We have time. It's like you are arguing a point that isn't trying to be made. We said that if he's still hurt/questionable (which means he's not healthy, which means he wouldn't be sitting out on purpose) would he rush back to play with Moore? Answer looks like yes because of the stated reasons.

Also, no one is comparing him to Vick but using your logic you would be the worst detective ever. You are like one of the characters in "The Invention of Lying" move that came out a while ago. You live in a happy little world where all things told are true and nothing is true unless it has been spoken!

Answer is not "Yes" for your stated reasons.

Your entire arguement is based on your opinion that the benching of Clausen on Monday and Smitty saying he is returning on Tuesday are somehow connected.

You may be right....and you may not.

But, passing off your moronic consipracy theories as some form of "evidence" is not even laughable....it is sad.

That is all.

If you meant passing off my moronic conspiracy theories as some form of "fact" I would agree. All I'm saying is it is possible and those were my reasons why it is possible. You don't have to agree, but you have to acknowledge that it is a possibility. That is all.

Anything is a possibility...even that Jimmy Clausen is the Panthers' QB of the future

you just don't get it, dude.

I could make up something like... Moore hates Clausen and sent him in the wrong plays so he'd fail. Or... Smith hates Jake so he deliberately set him up for interceptions...

or whatever... just because I came up with a list like "Clausen's helmet headset broke" and "Matt Moore then had to send him signals by hand" "The plays called were terrible and poorly executed" does not mean that the three are related. Could they be?? Maybe! But I'm willing to bet they aren't. That's all we're saying. You can speculate that events are related but that does not mean they are, so we will keep disagreeing. When you keep saying you have "hard evidence" and your "predictions" are "always right" so you "see something" we don't... It doesn't sound like you're stating wild speculation but things you think are definitely true.

You can say I'd be a horrible detective because I choose to trust that these team mates feel closer to each other than you do, but whatever. I don't trust the government or news agencies, coaches or front offices, but I do trust CERTAIN players to have some shred of honesty. Would Smith rush back to play with MOORE but not CLAUSEN? There is no evidence of that; there IS evidence Smith rushed back to practice. For all we know, he had decided to return to practice on Tuesday over the weekend but we didn't hear about it, since, you know, Fox didn't have much of a presser. Not like Smith was quoted as saying "MAN I DONT THINK I CAN MAKE IT" on Sunday or anything.

So yeah. Speculate away. Just don't get all "LOL UR SO GULLIBIABLE BECUZ U DONT BELIEF MY EVIDENCE" on me, because your unrelated chain of events doesn't constitute any proof at all. Take them to mean whatever you want, just stop trying to insult the rest of us for disagreeing with the way you see it.

I didn't insult you once for disagreeing, I insulted you because you basically said you had to be explicitly told before you believe anything. I said you didn't have to agree but that it was in the realm of possibility and you had to acknowledge it. If you don't then you are just being stubborn and don't want to take anything I say and really look at it because you have already labeled me a Moore homer when in reality I can have a discussion about anything and play both sides.

Basically you are saying this couldn't be possible because you think Smith wouldn't lie about Clausen and there is no way he could prefer one to the other. I'm not saying it's "hard evidence" like you said but there are things that lead one to believe the contrary. That's all.

Your two scenarios are pretty elementary and I won't comment on why but those could easily be proven false, this not so much. If you want to take a professional athlete's word that's fine, but realize that if they all spoke their mind they would be throwing teammates and coaches under the bus constantly thus blacklisting themselves in a way so they all take the high road.

And if you are going to attempt to make fun of me with quotes, do it how I would write not how Koolkat writes.
