I can't imagine it's not against HIPAA unless the patient consented. My company deals with a lot of hospitals and we have to go to great lenghts to make sure we stay within HIPPA regulations.

I have observed multiple surgries thought a healthcare program I volunteered for. In the OR, it is like a frat house sometimes...no joke.

I remember this one time I was observing a lumbar infusion, and the lady they bought in was like 300 lbs. The docs and nurses were all cracking on her "cankles" and making jokes the whole time. This lady was so fat, they had to cut off all of her rings.
