Mel Gibson will appear in Hangover sequel

Fallen star Mel Gibson may be set to make his Hollywood comeback as a Bangkok tattoo artist in The Hangover 2.

Gibson, who was dumped by his management agency in the wake of domestic violence claims levelled by his former partner Oksana Grigorieva, is being touted for a part in the sequel to the 2009 hit comedy.

The New York Post has quoted a source as saying Gibson's role was "a done deal."

“Mel will make a cameo as a tattoo artist. Filming is taking place on the Warner Bros. lot, where a Bangkok set has been built, and Mel is expected to film his role in two weeks,” the paper reported.

It was funny the first time, then I saw it on DVD and wondered why I thought this was funny.

Oh man, I loved The Hangover, it was great. I laughed my ass off. However, the sequel will probably not be very good. The only comedic sequel I thought was as good or not better than the first one is the second Austin Powers.

Usually I always hate hyped up comedies, but I liked The Hangover.

It's not really a comeback for Mel, he has The Beaver coming out soon.
