Beginning to believe...

the "Draft AJ Green Bandwagon" is going to be the worst, most irritating thing in this history of this messageboard for two reasons that have never before been combined.

1. He played highschool football in charlotte

2. He plays at Georgia

3. he actually might be okay

The third thing is what sets him apart from Leak who, while having as much high school hype, was pretty obviously never going to succeed in the NFL because he was almost as short as jimmy clausen and had just as bad a throwing motion.

prepare to be inundated with people using superlatives like "gamesmanship," "champion," "it factor," and tons of "well peyton manning couldn't even do it with scrub receivers so obviously Clausen will be fine once we draft a player that generally takes three years to develop."

Kurb, give me mod powers.

I can fix this problem.

I was the one who brought the AJ Green bandwagon to the huddle.

I'm sorry fiz :o

Andrew Luck has said on many occations that he intends to stay in school and get his degree.

Both of our QBs look absolutely horrible beyond belief. Even if Luck doesn't enter the draft, we're still likely to draft a QB at some point.

There's nothing wrong with drafting A.J Green. It would mean that we'll probably go out and get a verteran FA QB as a game manager. I can live with a vet QB throwing to Smith and Green, with our rushing attack, we'll put some points on the board.

Let's say Luck enters the draft (I don't think he will), I mean I'm not wild about the guy, but he does have the size and strength needed to play at the NFL level. When he's off, his accuracy on medium and deep passes is so bad that he reminds me of Jake. He doesn't just miss medium/deep targets, he's misses them so badly sometimes that you wonder if he was trying for a reciever deeper down the field. I think what is appealing about luck is that he has a powerful arm, and the hope is that in time he can improve his accuracy and put a better touch on the ball.

Here he is vrs USC:
