Beginning to believe...

I wouldn't be surprised to see them turn back to Moore at this point either.

No matter how badly he's done this year, you've seen him have some success in this league in the past.

Maybe now that the pressure of being "the guy" is gone, Moore can return to form?

the "Draft AJ Green Bandwagon" is going to be the worst, most irritating thing in this history of this messageboard for two reasons that have never before been combined.

1. He played highschool football in charlotte

2. He plays at Georgia

3. he actually might be okay

The third thing is what sets him apart from Leak who, while having as much high school hype, was pretty obviously never going to succeed in the NFL because he was almost as short as jimmy clausen and had just as bad a throwing motion.

prepare to be inundated with people using superlatives like "gamesmanship," "champion," "it factor," and tons of "well peyton manning couldn't even do it with scrub receivers so obviously Clausen will be fine once we draft a player that generally takes three years to develop."

Kurb, give me mod powers.

I can fix this problem.

It's going to be no worse than the 'draft Andrew Luck' bandwagon, but then this fan base is idiotic.

with how bad our qbs has been, bad ol with no wr or not, not picking Andrew Luck with the first pick if we have it would be a huge mistake.

Rubbish. It all starts in the trenches. Give Clausen some time to throw the ball and a few more weapons and he'll be fine.

Draft the best player available - hope that he's an O or D lineman. You can't draft for need when you're throwing that much money at a player.

...based on what I'm reading from the beat writers and the team site (throwing in Catman's practice observations for good measure) that Matt Moore may get another shot at starting in the next game.

Even if he doesn't start, he may well be inserted if Clausen has a tough time, and probably a lot earlier than the last game (maybe after halftime).

Whether that should happen is debatable, but I'm seeing evidence that it will.

Stop it John Fox :D
