Who Has An Observer Subscription?

I only get it on the weekend. My wife wants the Sunday ads. If it wasn't for the ads I wouldn't get that rag anymore.

I have a weekend subscription, but only for the coupons. We save far more in groceries than what the subscription costs.

I canceled mine years ago because of that F'up Scott Fowler! The man is a D*ck. His editorials are just his way of hearing himself talk.

The other reason was that the Observer doesn't have any reporters any longer. It's all cut & paste from AP & UPI. Gaston Gazette and Rock Hill Herold covers the Panthers better than the Observer does!

The only reason I would ever subscribe to a newspaper is for the coupons and/or if I have a new puppy and need something for the poo piss on while I house break them.

Well, a lot of papers are going that route. They've cut so much of their staff due to a dramatic decrease in ad revenue they really don't have the resources to have actual reports and original content.

I'm amazed more papers haven't folded.
