Welcome and nice post 49er. Congrats on beating the Raiders. (Wished we played them). Panthers will be coming off a bye.....that means our OC has had time to come up with some nifty plays. Of course, would take him a lot longer to convince Foxy to use them. Turnovers are they key....if you guys turn it over a bunch, we have a chance.

Right now, the only thing I've pride in is the defense. Those guys are playing great considering how much they're on the field due to the offense sucking it up.

In light of those facts, I will make a 49er confession: Patrick Willis is an absolute stud, and I actually pay attention to 49er games because I admire the way he plays. Additionally, he's another Tennessee kid, who was taken in by white parents during his high school years, to eventually end up at Ole Miss (The Blindside anybody?), however, I think his story is actually better than Michael Oher's, and would've made a better movie. That's it. I feel appropriately guilty for liking a 49er player as well. (Not like I cheated on my wife or something, more like I ogled at the girl walking into Victoria's Secret, or jerked off to the thought of the new intern at work...) Damnit.

Yea Jon Beason is a BEAST! I love watching him play ball. He's almost as good as our very own Patrick Willis . Our offense is finally starting to make plays! Can't wait to see how we do against Carolina's D, especially our run game.

The Saints gave us a couple of opportunities when we played them with fumbles.

The Bears the same way with interceptions, 4.

I just don't see any way for us to win right now sadly. Our offensive gameplan and coaching in general is just too bad. If you guys have a lead on us until halftime, you might as well celebrate because we're not coming back. We don't make halftime adjustments.

EVERYONE will play us the same. Stack 8-9 in the box and tee off against the run. It is especially effective with Smith out. The extremely sad part is that we know what teams are doing yet we continue to follow the same pattern in just about EVERY game.

I guess I can hope that Devin Thomas, on his bandwagon, can help us improve but I just don't see it.

Seriously you sound like most of us 49er fans! Before we fired J. Raye we were singing the SAME note. We were so bland and vanilla it was insane. I would sit at home and know what was coming, of course opposing defenses made the most of it. J. Raye was such a bad cordinator there was a rat at 49ers HQ to expose him. Thank God somebody rated him out even though it made Singletary mad... best thing that happened for us this year!

Did you hear the play call on the TD pass to J. Stewart? Remember when he stumbled near the 10? The announcer said, "It's a good thing he didn't fall down or the Panthers would have had to settle for a field goal."

That about sums this offense up. You could line them up on the 10 with 1st down and my guess is that 70% of the time they'd have to settle for a field goal.
