That's also 4 straight AFC championship wins. I don't think winning it all is a stamp on whether the team is a failure or not. Winning that championship helps to get over the hump, but 4 straight times being there is nothing to hold their heads in shame about. There are many teams that wished they'd ever get that far.

The Redskins of the Dan Snyder era comes to mind. I know many long-time devoted Redskins fans that have found other things to do since he became the chief.

Snyder's meddling has had a negative effect on the team. He thinks he knows football, but all he is is a very rich fantasy football owner.
