Which teams do you think have been the cruelest to their fans and what is your criteria?

1. Minnesota: Four Super Bowl losses, multiple NFC title game losses, constantly on the verge but can't push through

2. Cleveland: NO Super Bowls, despite years of winning as the old Browns, cruel playoff losses to Denver and Oakland, good Browns leave and enter these chumps

3. Houston/Tennessee: One Super Bowl loss (on last play), several very good teams that always choked in the playoffs
