But yeah, it might be able to crawl your email history somehow and pull names...

I once got a spam email on my work email from my own work email, but I never sent it, and it was just a bunch of numbers...

I'd be willing to bet that email in the sender line is fake (easy to do with Outlook and other programs)... Make sure to turn on the full header and check the real sender...
