I also feel that Rob Ryan should at least have an interview.His defense is Playing good this year and he has played great against NFC south teams this year..He at least should have an interview or be in the running or something.It seems more and more like we dont get a big name coach, just because Richardson is trying to watch his pockets and looking for a rising coordinator.My choice is Frazier but it looks like he might end up in as coach with the vikings.Also i like harbaugh but if the job in Michigan open up he might be there.Other options maybe Russ Grimm Ron Rivera and Winston Moss..Ron Rivera might have the best shot just because his defense is playing Pretty Well.If Rob Ryan get an interview he would be in the running.Brian Schottinheimer I doubt he will come to Carolina maybe the Chargers or 49ers..

So if in fact that Richardson wants to go "young and cheap" why not look at Kyle Shanahan?

I haven't really been following how the Redskins are looking with McNabb but I know that Kyle ran a pretty solid offense in Houston and could be a good candidate to build a team around for years to come.

If you want a guy simply because he's young and comes with a last name you know, but you have no idea about him, I think you'd be better off with Brian Schottenheimer.

I know alot of People are on the Brian schottinheimer ,Jason Garrett, and Kyle Shanahan Train.But been honest i really dont think or hope or just dont want it 2 stop in Carolina. For one I think that Garrett and Brian are over Hype, And kyle maybe a little bit inexpierence..I know he worked in Houston and now with the Redskins.But I believe he needs more time.I also think that the only way that Jason Garrett and Brian Schottinheimer will be able to be Real good is if they get a Well built team like the Chargers.And before you say the cowboys they really dont count due to the Fact that they are over hyped and Garrett Offensive wasnt that good with Romo and it wont be good without him.Now maybe if he can really get on a streak and turn the cowboys around he might be a Potential but into then No..My best shot choices are Leslie Frazier and Jim Harbaugh, now before you get on me about Harbaugh he has been a QB coach in the league and has played.But never has been a coordinator but He is a Head coach at Stanford and he has his team playing good Football, also if he was to come he would bring a good supporting cast and i dont think he will pull a Nick Saban or Bobby Petrino and Run like a Little "B"..I know what the Panthers need to do Is rebuild the Team and most likely that is whats going to happen.But I dont think Garrett or Schottinheimer can do it.I want say they cant get a interview but i doubt the job..Also somebody to look out for is Mike heimerdinger He should be a Good Option for the Panthers.Thats if they want to go the Old Expierence way...

Actually, I don't know if you read the second line but I knew Shanahan had pretty good success in Houston but I don't know if that was more him or Kubiak.
