We haven't killed that many murderers. A lot of these people have been chillin on death row for a looong time.

I thought eye for eye meant, if you want to abuse and cut up/do whatever to your victim, we will do the same to you.

Meaning, you take the person, you put em in a room, and someone goes in there once a day and slowly tortures them in the same ways they did to the person they killed until they finally die.

me from them? gee...the way I was raised, common sense, common decency, what value I put on another human being. The fact that I happen to be a law abiding citizen and haven't murdered an innocent child and then did all sorts of horrible things to it's body....

ya....some deterrant there huh....I sentence you to death...so have fun getting your three square meals every day for the next 25 years until you've run through all your avenues of appeal. Ya, you need to stay in your cell, but we'll make sure you get your smokes everyday, and fresh batteries for your remote control do you don't miss Wapner at 2.

There's more than enough people on death row that have absolutely zero case for appeal and there they sit. How about we start to execute these people sometime soon? and the rest of em...how about we start bringing back work crews and make these folks work for their dinner...I have to!

I am fine for making people work and feel they need to give back to society since they took from it. I don't believe we should be executing people though. Not my cup o' tea.
