I said he MAY get better, can you not read? You're right though, if someone has demonstrated the ability to get better at an ever increasing difficulty of anything, that automatically means that they won't on the next level.

The facts? Well as I've not got into this argument.

My take, however, is that Clausen is a very talented QB. He improved each year in college on a very poor team. At the end of the day it's a team sport - even great QB play can't elevate a team to the next level if the rest of his team mates are giving up 26 points per game.

He's a rookie behind a terrible O-line throwing to rookie WRs with an OC that doesn't know how to use the players he has. I don't know if he's the future of this franchise or not. I suspect he is, but even so I'm willing to cut him a little slack and see how he develops.

If you are basing it off of 1.75 games then yes, he had a bad game. Many QBs have had bad games.

That wasn't the point of the discussion. People were claiming Clausen was some sort of God in college but his numbers were worse than Moore's numbers. Add in the fact that Moore has shown he can win games in the NFL and Jimmy has shown nothing and the real reason people love Jimmy is based on nothing more than hype.

It must suck to have someone else control how you feel about things.

Um, how do you figure that. Moore was pulled after 1.75 games and the job was given to Jimmy.

and if you are gonna talk about his 2 picks in the last 3 minutes of the game last week......that isn't a basis for claiming he got worse. 1 had nothing to do w/ him....the other was the last play of the game. You don't throw it away as time expires.....throwing up a prayer is the smarter throw.

Cos he was an undrafted FA for a reason. He never impressed me and he was KILLING the team this season.

Yeah that member date really doesn't matter since people had too re-register when the huddle went down a few years ago. You would know that if you were a fan of the team not a matt Moore fan club president.
