Wanted: New Defensive Coordinator

Must be able to stop the run and the pass.

Must be willing to blitz the opposing QB more than once per week.

Must have the ability to inspire personnel to be the best they can be.

Must be able to adjust game plan(s) during play.

Must be able to instill fear among other team played throughout season.

Must be all these things that current Panthers DC (Mike Trgovac)is not.

Previous Defensive Coordinator experience is required

At this point I am willing to just get rid of TurgoCRAP and Fox take over the defense.

At least then there are no secrets to who is fuging up our defense.

Fox runs the defense, Trgo is his scapegoat, his safety net, if you will.

He did the same thing with Henning.
