In no particular order within each category:

Most important 25% of the NFL: Packers, Giants, Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Bears, 49ers, Steelers. These teams have roots in the early NFL.

Middle 50% of the NFL: Saints, Falcons, Jets, Dolphins, Ravens, Bengals, Vikings, Broncos, Chargers, Texans, Colts, Titans, Seahawks, Raiders, Patriots, Chiefs. Newer teams in the NFL and many old AFL teams.

Least important 25% of the NFL: Jaguars, Bucs, Lions, Browns, Panthers, Cardinals, Rams, Bills. These teams are characterized by some or all of the following: small markets, lackluster fan bases, inability to sell out their stadiums, transplanted teams, erratic record of competitiveness or improvement if they are a relatively new franchise (inception past 15 years).

None why would you want this? Doesn't every team goes in cycles of good and bad? Hell if you had asked this in the mid eighties, a bunch of people would have said the Pats.....now look at them
