Well it seems the panthers are at the forefront of assuming

1. The panther fans are going to be there after they finish this whole $ business crap that they put themselves in the firstplace.

2. They are making so much $ - but remember if there was a year to give the fans a team to be proud off.. this was it. Even with some sold out games or nearly full i guess.. the panthers probably lost or are going to loose 4 years of fan building but putting this half baked bullshit team together.

Watching the jets last night - you could see a team that actually cares about the crap they put together on the field.

Yes apparently they gave in to too much $ but remember its not the players who pay for those season tickets but us Panther fans and Nfl fans in general.

its really tough to watch john fox get blamed for all the trouble hes going through while in reality - he was just forced to put the team together as is. The assumption is that fans are still going to be there when the Club owners decide they have a good enough margin against players who in reality put their bodies at risk and get cut when the team feels like it.. Ladanian Tomlison (Not sure if its right spelling) but when you factor that some of these guys know nothing else but football.. i think the deal they have now is fair but then again.. what can i do.

how about ultimate fighting.. - Now thats a sport that cares about its fans..

GO ahead NFl.. and get ready ultimate fighting and UFL for a shitload of new fans next season.

All teams do not make a lot of money. The Packers posted a net profit of 9 million last year. There are only a handful of teams making 'so much money.' The league makes boatloads no doubt, but that doesn't all filter down to the teams. If not for revenue sharing, some teams would fold.

If the Panthers start winning the fans will come back. The NFL is the most popular sport in America. The owners know this. This isn't the NBA.
