physical condition honestly determines it for men because it does get harder to climax with each time you do. if you are in good enough shape to jog for an hour, you'll likely be able to go off a few times in a row just because you aren't getting winded. if you can't jog the full length of a football field, then once is likely your limit, and good luck pleasing anyone but yourself.

If you can work women right (and not meaning just sex), it's actually quite easy. Problem with men is they don't communicate, and they don't learn what specifically their woman wants (mentally,emotionally and physically) and thus there is a problem. I envy women and this ability it's too bad men don't take the time to utilize it.
