Terrell Owens has violated a year-old NFL rule which prohibits the use of social media such as Twitter by tweeting less than 90 minutes before kickoff.

Analysis: The tweet read, "A lucky fan wearing my jersey 2day will get a signed football by Me & Ocho Cinco! My asst will pick U out!! Good luck!" Owens was fined $25,000 by the league for tweeting during an August preseason game. Given the repeat offense, T.O. likely faces another stiff fine, but there's no danger of a suspension.
