Two Number One Draft Picks in a Row

This.

Or worst case scenario, they apply the First in-last out concept to make the 2012 draft start from where the 2011 left off (which means we will get the 32nd pick in 2012)

Oh, who am I kidding, we are going to trade up to move our 3rd round pick in the 2nd round of 2011 to Draft a college punter who we'll develop into a Strong Safety.

get over it

That is going down as one of the most boneheaded moves in draft history.

This is a tremendous problem with Marty Hurney constantly trading away higher future picks to reach for a pick today.

His arrogance on draft day assuming the Panthers will win 12 games and go deep in the playoffs allows other teams to essentially trade a project like Armanti Edwards for the 1st pick (Ok maybe 2nd or 3rd) in the second round a year later.

FFS Belichek must be laughing his ass off.
