Dog bites and kids

This reminds me of idiots with pit bulls who cry "he never did anything before he mauled Johnny within an inch of his life".

All dogs be they Toy Poodles or Rotweilers bite, defend or whatever with the same intent. Pits and Dobies just get the bad rap because when they attack it has the potential to mame or kill.

Ankle biter dogs just get pushed off and laughed at.

No way ever a dog capbale of harming my kid gets close enough to have the potential to hurt my kid.

Fido can live in his igloo in the backyard.

I agree with Zod. I knew a guy in HS who had a bad scar on his face due to a dog bite when he was a kid. You don't have to have it put down but get rid of it to a new home without small kids.

In the meantime, get rid of all your knives, screwdrivers, furniture with sharp corners, dangerous liquids, objects that can be swallowed and lodge in a throat, your car, etc. All of these things can maim or kill a child.

My wife is filipina. Any dog starts getting out of line, she just grabs a fork and points at the oven, and the dog starts behaving better.
