listen dewd, first its "apologists". Second, you do not have the call on who is or is not a fan. Neither do I.

But if you participated in any way or would have participated in any way had you been present in the booing and hate-laced bantering Pep got on his return yesterday you are a classless asshole in my book.

How does booing a member of the opposing team make you classless?

I'm a Panthers fan, not a Peppers fan, Beason fan, Smith fan, etc... team first!

I wasn't shouting obsenitites at him or throwing stuff at him, I booed when they announced his name after he made a play - that's it.

I guess you would call Peppers a classless a-hole for taunting the fans after he made a big play as well?

You're a classless asshole for trying to make big deal about my spelling. That pretty much how assholes are: nitpicking about how people spell & all kind of crap to make themself sound like they are perfect. You're losing there. And btw, it "dude" not "dewd". :P:D

Beside, Pep don't play for us anymore. Why should we cheer for him when he play on the opposing team? Sorry, but as a fan we shouldn't cheer for a former player on the opposing team, especially when one that is a greedy sellout. But I expect that from a Pep's "apologist" in you.....asshole. ;)

And you say it CatMan. I may be a fan of Smitty, but the Panthers team come first.

It isn't like we were going against Peyton Manning or Tom Brady out there... just saying...

Some people act like because Pep didn't have 10 sacks this game that he is obviously garbage and unworthy of being a member of the vaunted Carolina defense...

I'm so glad we let Pep and others walk and spent money on rookie WRs with brick hands and gimmick roles, and a rookie QB that we aren't coaching to correct his poor release and immature mechanics... We are so on the right track guys!

Your argument is irrelevant. We are losing because of problems on the offensive side. Having Peppers would not help our offense one iota. I am glad we didn't waste all that money on peppers, just wish we would have spent some on offense. He is a very good de, but we could have 11 hall of famers on defense, and I don't think it would help very much. We might win a few games by a field goal and thats about it.

Although fwiw, I think we will spend some on both sides of the ball once the contract issues are resolved. I think, or at least I hope that Richardson is building up a warchest to improve the team eventually.

lmao at using the word apologetics in place of the word apologists and then calling it a spelling error

yes Pep plays for the opposing team and its cool to boo him but on his welcome back he was booed. I mean hell even Donovan was cheered the first time he went back to Philly. We cheered for NO when they came to Charlotte after Katrina.

If you booed him the first time his name was announced you are a classless asshole. I don't need to defend that. he did way more good than bad here and that is not up for debate. The reason he left is what you and I are seeing week in and week out, ineptitude. Good for him. I'm pretty sure he earned the right to pass judgement. The fans here have given him a hard time about leaving even though he completed his contractual agreement and was a huge part in giving us anything at all to cheer about for a number of years.

Wake sucks

..there's that maturity we all know and love

More mature than you being rude & calling other assholes because they boo your boytoy Pep. Do you know any of those who boo him at the game at all? Sorry, but it their decision & the fact he play for another team is one of the example why they boo him. I guess we should only cheer for Pep & boo everyone else then.

Or maybe because you love Pep too much that you don't want any Panthers fans to boo someone.....on another team. I'm a Tar Heels fan, but I'm not going to be biased to any former UNC alumni like Pep with playing on another team & trying to be the victim. ;)

Oh, weak ass excuses of your to compare Pep to McNabb. Last I check, Eagles trade McNabb to the Redskins while Pep wanted out. He never wanted to stay despite the lies he said that he is willing to stay after we got Meeks.
