We Need Our Defense To Score

Since it's clear our offense still needs time to gel and adjust (and find out what the endzone is and how to get there), I think this defense (and special teams) needs to score at least 21 points combined to give us a chance to win. That's sad, we need our defense to be our offense. Anyone else feeling this way?

should just line up beason at qb, hardy at te, godfrey and pugh at wr (hey, they can catch even if they can't cover!)

Gamble's shown us too many times why he is a CB and not a WR so he can stick on the side of the ball where not catching the ball isn't a big deal.

there was one very interesting play today.

We punted at the end of the third/fourth from the middle of the field on 4th and 6.

The Punt was downed inside the ten.

The Bears had a penalty on the kick which would have brought it to 4th and 1. At that point in the game, the obvious choice is to take the penalty and go for it.

However, beason was emphatically waving to decline it. It's like he knew the offense couldn't do anything.

NO....

We need our fuging offense to score, that's what they get paid to do.

That SHOULD be a lot easier when the defense gives them 4 INTS and gets turnovers like they have been.

But no, the dreaded Fox/Davidson combo could even ruin the 99-01 Rams offense.
