There needs to be a coaching change... Now. I don't care if Fox throws Davidson under the buss or something, or if JR actually gets rid of Fox, but something needs to happen.

At this point, as a fan, I am incredibly disappointed. I know Fox is a fine coach but his time here has passed. Ok, so you want to keep him on since you're going to pay him anyway - this organization needs to at least make an effort to seem like they care about how the team is running on offense this year... and changing between our two QBs isn't going to do ANYTHING.
