So far the Panthers have at least tried to go after solid Coaches, Like Capers, Seifert and Fox, honestly they all at the time where good solid hires.

with Fox you can say what you will about the last 2 seasons but he has been much more good then bad.

But with the impending possibility of a lock out will Jerry go cheap and we are stuck as bottom dwellers of the league for the next 2-3 years at least.

This is a real possibility.

I'm more worried that our core/key players are going to leave because they want to play on a winning team.

I think with the talent on the team, there will be a young coach that is ready to prove himself and sees this team as the way. We are the worst most talented team in the NFL.
