If Clausen was a complete disaster, I'd agree. But he has made some nice throws, has shown a lot of poise and has shown improvement from week to week. These mistakes are fixable. He'll be fine.

I'm not trying to be rude to you or call you out or anything like that, but I have yet to see any improvement whatsoever. He has consistently fumbled snaps and hand off exchanges every game. He makes an occasional throw on the run, usually when the receiver is 5+ yards short of the first down and all the defenders are behind him just to keep us from getting the 1st.

I think if he were making strides, and getting the opportunity to make down field throws more than just chucking it up on the sideline, then this could be valuable. Right now I just see it as damaging. But maybe I am wrong.
