As much crap as he gets on this board he has actually improved a bit this year. ANd it would make us so thin at DT.

the roster opening would have to come from the defensive side of the ball. i'm not crazy about doing that but i wouldn't be very opposed to finding a way to get him here and see what he has. throw as many solutions to the WR problem and see what shakes out. i would wait until after the weekend game, though. we might miraculously find one or two step up. if not then we need to go get him and see what he can do.

Sounds JUST like Jarrett from lots of those posts. He runs terrible routes, never developed even though he's still young, and is unprofessional.

You don't cut guys with great talent at minimum salary.

not a apple to apple comparison but james harrison(def. mvp) was cut three times by the steelers & 1 time by the ravens before finding a home so you never know
