hes gone through a slew of changes at the head coach position and offensive scheme changes in his short career. I think he'd be a good pick up.

again, Devin Thomas is going into his 3rd season. he had 3 TDs last year, and looked like he was ready to break out. there is a new coach in DC who might want different guys. We don't why hes being cut. That includes you.
