Panthers Huddle - Gross talks about taking on Peppers

Trailing Da Bears 21-0? Chicago has only scored more than 20 once this season.

There first "win" over Detroit was not a win at all but a ridiculous call on the last play after the Lions won the game. The total ass whoopin' the Giants put on them last week was very amusing.

Should be an interesting game, I expect the panther defense to outplay the Bears defense this week. This will be like a week off after facing New Orlean's offense for 2/3 of the game last Sunday. The only question is will The Pickle and his band of Rooks get enough going to chip in 14 points or so.

God I wish we would commit to the run.....right down Pepper's throat.

They beat Dallas at Dallas, 27-20, then beat Green Bay at home, 20-17. The Martz/Cutler thing was working, until the Giants slammed Cutler around. I would much rather face Todd Collins than a very talented quarterback on a roll.

LOL, Cutler, whiney bitch that he is threw more picks than Delhomme last year. I don't think he's recovered from last year, one of the reasons he continued to hold onto the ball vs the GMen last week and was sacked 8 times. Although his 40 passer rating was impressive.

To act like many of those sacks weren't Cutler's fault for holding on to the ball forever is naive (or is understandable I guess if you didn't watch the game). Meat's right though, Martz should get a lot of the blame as well for making no adjustments.

Martz made adjustments. They simply did not work.

i mean like people talking about peppers having a "chip on his shoulder" or how he "has something to prove" or wants to "make a statement" or whatever garbage thinking that the panthers don't have something to tell the big eared freak who abandoned them and then tries to tell the world that the team didn't want him? lol it's no secret that he wanted out and the panthers just honored his choice. they made an offer and he ignored it, more than that, he said that it was never made. what a dick. because the panthers are losing, some people with short memories are buying the crap that peppers is spewing.

the panthers have just as much or more to prove than peppers does and are just as capable of proving it as peppers is. if someone knows how to shut down peppers, it's the panthers.

it's time that people started being fans of their team instead of being pissed at them for "letting" peppers leave when it was very obvious that he didn't want to be here at all and admits to not trying very hard when he was here.

quit polishing his knob. he has enough of that going on in chicago now with the whole town buying into the lie that he is the best DE in the league or whatever. yeah, his stats are really showing it, aren't they? he's overrated and they haven't figured it out and apparently, neither have a lot of people down here.

he used to be a panther. he ran out and hooked up with the team that is standing in the way of our first win this year. screw him and that gay donkey he rode in on.

Assuming quite a bit by me really only saying I think he will be inspired for a good game. I am not mad at peppers he's a football player not my daddy who the f**k cares. With a response like that sounds to me like your the one upset about this. Peppers is a good player and I think this game will motivate him, not becasue he has anything to prove but because he is a competitive player that's all. That has nothing to do with him and the panthers just another player and trade, time moves on. Hopefully you'll feel better soon.

an inspired gross still cant hold pep......let me take that back, thats all he will do.

meh...he's been held back by rookies and backups for years. of course that never held him back as much as his apathetic attitude. even though he has tons of talent, he's a bum because he has never put his potential to work. dude gets upset that people look at him and caves when much at all is expected of him. he's about as emo as cutler which i guess makes him a perfect fit for the new bears.

(i could get used to this trolling thing...lol)
