I think the over-under on "EVERYBODY STOP BITCHING" threads is around 100 for the season.

Add in straw man arguments on how great the Panthers are/will be/might be and its around 200.

I think 90% of the people you think are bitching are just being realistic. And i really don't see many who think he doesn't get a chance.

Clowney is a throw away receiver. But one who seems to have a good attitude and some upside. Who knows. 90% chance he never gets anywhere but I'm happy to watch it play out. The great ones just needed a chance

just do it somewhere other than a fan site of that particular team you believe sucks.

..its pretty simple if you think about it. The only people that are expected to continuously talk bad about the Panthers on the Huddle are fanz of other teams. When it gets to the point that players are getting blasted before they are ever activated for a game during a season that WE ALL KNEW was going to be very tough coming in then its really hard to think of you as more than just a troll.

...again, all this is pretty simple for most people to understand. And for the record, its pretty stupid to debate your right to bitch when you want.

First off, if you had any realistic idea, you would know this season was not meant to be a playoff one. If you know football, you would see it as a rebuilding year. Take that into consideration, we have a very young team with little experience in major positions. Combine that with a struggling offensive line and run game, we have little chance. BUT, we do play hard, have had a chance to win every game and I am excited about the future.

From the OP, the people bashing Clowny without even watching him play for us, are more than likely the same people bitching that we dont magically pick up wr's to play for us that dont exist. So there it is, but not good enough, waaaaaaaaaaa. I think he is a solid pick up and may even contribute.

Clowney is, and has been, an actual WR in the NFL. Granted it has been mainly as a spectator, but he's still getting paid;

This is the first and only year that I never bitched about anything. I understood from the get go that we were not gonna make the playoffs and would have to have some monster luck to even get 4 wins this season.

I'm enjoying watching a rookie QB and rookie WR (DG) grow up and develop.

For some reason, what has given me a great deal of hope for him other than what I've seen myself and already know (his speed, ST ability), is that he was originally drafted by the Packers...

If I do say so myself, the Packers have had a great history in scouting/drafting WRs, only problem is, I don't think he even made it out of their camp... But, he's got to have some ability if they drafted him IMO.
