Turd is not the problem unfortunately. He is just doing what Fox wants. Nothing will change until Jerry tells Fox his hands on approach is not working, and that he is NOT a coordinator. If he doesnt let the offensive and defensive coordinators do anything creative nothing will change. AND NO we do not have the personal to play a 3-4. I dont want a line up that consist of Brayton Kemo and Johnson on the front line. Beason and Connors in the middle of a 4 lb system and Pep and Hilee Taylor at outside backers. then davis and harris at safety with Gamble and Godfrey at corners. Thats about the only way I can see us moving to that and I dont like it. All of our current Linebackers are undersized for that system. Not to mention the DE's wouldnt fit that system well either. The only Player we have on the team that would work for a 3-4 is Kemo. So I dont understand why everyone keeps saying we should move to that to make Pep happy.
