An unbiased look at Clausen

p55, what you just said is entirely why I think at least part of why Clausen doesn't seem NFL ready falls on the coaches, and what I was getting at before.

edit: who is saying the rookie WRs aren't rookie WRs? Confused by above post. When Goodson's in the game, it's kinda frightening how little experience the offense has, haha.

Not sure if Jimmy would know what to do anyway but at least he would have a chance to shoe it or not.

As for Rookie receivers here is all we need to do. Put Rosario in as the TE and split Barnidge out wide. Put Goodson in the slot. Put Gettis on the other side. Rotate Barnidge and LaFell given neither get enough time to be able to run all day. Then you are actually playing 1 rookie some of the time not all the a time. Then swing the back out of the backfield sometimes as well.

ahaha, has anyone seen the tags for this thread? just noticed them.

anyway, p55, I think you have the right idea and I wouldn't be surprised by that kind of formation. I would also not be surprised to see a lot of Clowney, even though he doesn't know the system well.

rome wasnt built in a day People. You cant expect him to freakin come right out of College and play like a Pro. I mean he played some GOOD college ball. But this is the big leagues. Give homeboy some time. He just needs time. Let him have it. I mean obviously he is getting better but just think about it this way..... in like 2 years when we are the ish, you can look back and say, "Wow. I remember when that kid was a rookie and wasnt that good". see. all better now.
