WR Sucktitude: Scouting or System

Most great WRs become great because of a desire to be great. Until you can scout that...it's hit and miss. And to be honest it's that way with most players...

Exactly... They have to want to be good... Which takes time and effort... example is Titians Kenney Britt... that guy has great work ethic, and a great desire to be great.

What makes me really nervous is what is Edwards and Lafell don't work out? Gettis has shown flashes and I think he'll improve throughout the year and could be a solid WR. We spent some top picks in the draft this year and next year on WR's. IF we come away with one reciever who looks like he'll be a solid WR, and the other don't show anything this year will we be doing the same thing in next years draft and not addressing other positions, with the hope we get a WR, worth a darn? Or stick with them waiting for them to fully develope and have this same issue next year? The though of the lions goes through my head... and how many top picks they wasted on WR...
