Successful NFL with the same Mold as Panthers

Yeah, but do they have any chance to win a Super bowl?

I give the some, not a lot.... But i just see them as that underrated team who can make a run and be relevant late in the year. They remind me of how the panthers were underrated during some of our post season runs.

And there seems to be a lot of parity in the NFL this year.... lot's of 2-2, 3-1. I mean Kansas city is the only undefeated team in the AFC. Indy has gone down twice... NE looks shaky, we'll have to see what Pittsburgh does once Ben returns. The AFC is up for grabs.

People act like there are a million teams that are playoff teams year after year. The last 5 years, the Panthers have had more success than the Dolphins, not that it is saying much...

In fact, the Panthersa re not far off from what the Dolphins are.

Yea, but there are still teams who are successful running the ball and playing defense. Steelers, Jets to name a few. And Indy beat most teams last year regardless of their style.

Panthers have won being a run first team so I don;t see the point?

2009 Steelers - ran 40% of the time

2008 Steelers -ran 43% of the time. (Superbowl team)

2007 Steelers - ran 40% of the time.

teams are adjusting since the league favors the pass.

the past two seasons there have been several examples where Smith has complained about late calls coming in and bad calls coming in. :yesnod:

I've been screaming about this also.........good teams get the play in and leave their QB with 25-30 sec. to scan the field and adjust......it takes us 25 sec. to get the play in and get out of the huddle, so we're getting to the line with 12 or less seconds left. just puts the QB at a disadvantage......
