Who is to be held accountable for all of our wasted timeouts on worthless challenges?

Head Coaches are supposed to have someone in the booth to let them know whether or not to challenge, unless the Head Coach absolutely sees that it is worth challenging. ultimately its the Head Coach's decision. That challenge was very close, because when the replay, you could see his knee was down, but you couldn't see the ball. It wasn't as bad of a challenge as people said it was...even the announcers realized that it wasn't as dumb as it first looked.

After looking at the replay, the challenge was a good call. It was close enough that it could have been overturned. His knee did come down about a 1/10 of a second before the ball came out, but it was not clear enough for the ref's to definitely overturn it.

There was even the possibility that he had recovered the ball after the fumble andwas down by contact before it popped out again. Unfortunantly it didn't go our way but still a good challange.
