we ran slants this week. Dante Rosario converted at least one of his two first downs with a slant while split right, I can't say for certain on the other. We ran a couple screens this week. Are there any other plays you want to claim we don't run so you can look silly?

I mean, I know fans are prone to hyperbole, but maybe you're not watching that closely.

Obviously we run them. Just not worth anything when we do run them. You know why? Because it's obvious. We don't disguise anything, we aren't creative. Tell me you don't know when a run or pass play is coming and you're caught off-guard.

Our receivers are never close to being open. Why is that? Because we'll run our obvious passing plays on running formations. If it's obvious passing plays lets get some receivers out there and run some confusing disguised routes, maybe throw a decent screen pass when the other team thinks we're gonna be obviously passing with 4 receivers out there.

Maybe you're not watching the plays close enough to realize our playbook has got to be the worst on any team.

our "playbook" is the worst on any team? Well, I can't argue with irrefutable logic like "sucks". Or using words like "playbook" to suggest gameplanning or playcalling. Or using platitudes like "never" on things that are easily rememberable and provable.

Truth is, you don't know what we're going to do, because you can't even tell what we're doing. It's really easy to say "we shoulda done _________" after the fact, sure.

I mean, it's pretty clear we're having trouble executing, and sure, that falls on the same people, but also the players. Since you can't demand better execution, it remains easiest to just spew hate at the guys making the decisions for a living regardless of outcome.

He may not be that bad, but he sure as hell isn't that good either. I don't understand the whole "he's an above average" coach argument. Hasn't done much to prove that as of late. When will you people grow tired of mediocrity? I have for three or four seasons now.

No, Fox isn't that bad but you don't keep your job as a HC in the NFL by just being not that bad.
