I disagree entirely. He did keep a lid on it. He's been asked 1,000 times about his contract situation over the last 2 years. He would not respond to those requests. He waited till after the season was over, and has now made his intentions known. Its about as classy as one could hope for.

Which did no good because now when we will try and trade him the entire league knows what's going on in Peps' head and we're stuck with our dick in our hands.

Jared Allen had ZERO line support on the Chiefs, but was still the sack leader.

Don't give me that bullsh*t you Peppers dickriders.

Ahhh, Peppers was the sack leader on this team. And now Allen has walked onto a team with Pat; arguably two of the top 6 DTs in the league.

And Jared Allen RARELY, if ever, dropped back in coverage with the Chiefs, you f*cking retard.

Preach it.

Someones bitter. Spoiled? Hardly. What didn't show up was a tough defensive scheme, no help along the Dline to help him...CONSISTENTLY, don't give a damn about the "well Johnson and Tyler were solid," not to mention outside of last season he's been one of the more consistent defenders on the Panthers. I swear some peppers' pundits are eating sour grapes. This reminds me of when T.O left philly. He's venerated when he's there, but as soon as he leaves "f**k em" lol

Unfortunately Peppers will probably be utilized somewhere else. If he has anything of a competent DC who knows what a real defensive scheme is best believe he's going to be even more of a beast. God forbid the team he goes to actually has someone other than him who can apply pressure and help him out:eek6:

Some people, lol.....kids.

Actually Kemo was one of the biggest signings a couple of seasons ago in the defensive free agent market. He was a beast for the Ravens and had the respect of Ray Lewis and many of his former teammates as a guy who will abosrb bodies and help the Dline and linebackers out. The Panthers over the past several seasons have devoted much of their draft picks to the defensive side of the ball. Chris Gamble, Jon Beason, Godfrey, Thomas Davis, Dan Connor (IR), etc. Kris Jenkins was a guy we drafted soon after we got Peppers. To say we didn't surround him with talent is very very inaccurate and injustifiable. We signed Ken Lucas about 4 years ago as one of the biggest free agent signings at the time, even though unfortunately we've seen that investment decline just like the current stock market.

The only justifiable argument is the Defensive Coordinator and the defensive schemes. I agree that Trgovac is terrible and that the defensive scheme we employ is absolutely hard to bear and watch and absolutely ineffective, but I don't think it hindered Peppers ability to dominate. And with word coming out that he wants to be utilized in a 3-4 defense I think is laughable. I don't see how the guy would do any better in that type of scheme and he certainly wouldn't receive fewer double and tripple teams. Albiet he would be able to utilize his speed to chase the behinds of the RB's running by the defensive line.

Point taken my friend. However I never said he wasn't surrounded with Talent. I did say that He has no help along the D line though.

And Pep had help where? Only time the others help is run support... and Kemo wasnt a beast in Baltimore... Ray Ray got his ass out of there he wasnt getting any push and he really wasnt keeping the blockers off of him

Ray Lewis seemed to get quite a few tackles when Kemo was on the squad. Infact if you exclude the year in 2005 (Kemo's last year at Baltimore) where Lewis only played in 8 games (I assume injury - maybe that was Kemo's fault), then what you have is Lewis's best performance in the number of tackles in '04 and '03 than any year afterwards. Infact he got 120 & 117 as opposed to 161 & 146 in '03 and '04.

Add to that the fact that Beason, who we all know is talented, managed to get a good number of tackles his rookie year as well as this year. The numbers: 138 tackles and 140 tackles. Not to mention he's going to the Pro Bowl this year.

You the man for that... I do remember on the Ravens board that this as you stated (I assume injury - maybe that was Kemo's fault) he meaning Ray Lewis was getting more blocks then previous which lead to injuries ... that what the said why they let kemo walk
