58-60 yards, I honestly think Lloyd has the leg to hit one from that distance, why not give him a shot at it. His accuracy lacks quite a bit, but we were in a dome (wind wouldn't of been a factor). I doubt he would have been able to handle the pressure, but it's just an idea.

No doubt Lloyd has the leg to hit it 60 yards out, but his accuracy does lack a bit, and I doubt Fox would ever give him that chance even though it would've been the right move. With that said how long would it have been if we attempted a FG?

That's what I was thinking. Instead of trying to pass it on 3rd down and losing 4 yards on the sack... Give it to D-Lo, he picks up a few yards, and either let Kasay take it if it's within 55 or so, or Lloyd take it if it's ny longer.

The problem wasn't that the coaches didn't go for the field goal, even on the 4th down if the Panthers had caught that ball it still wouldn't have been enough and the clock would just expire. Should've just thrown it to the endzone

Didn't the Jacksonville kicker beat the Colts on a 59 yarder Sunday? I would have liked to do that instead of passing on 4th and long with a few seconds left. They didn't even shoot for the endzone.

It was a terrible call since even if he had caught the ball the Panthers were out of timeouts and the clock would've just run off.
