WHat was Jeff Davidson F'ing thinking in the last few plays of the game?????

Usually....One screw-up don't cost the game. But the fumble by Captain did set up the difference in the game though the results of screw-ups are cumelative.

What I found so disturbing was the absolute lack of a 2 minute drill. I know Fox seldom uses 2 minutes at the half or the last of the 4th. We're seldom in a position ro need a 2 minute drill in the 4th. But nothing PO's me more than to see him walk off the field with 20 seconds left in the half, 2 downs and 2 time outsthe ball on the 50 and he evidently decides "Aww we don't need 3 extra points." I missed the first half today so I don't know what happened. But I heard we looked like a football team. Heard the 3rd quarter on the radio and the bad luck started. Got to see the 4th and the wheels fell off.....Is it me?

If you don't trust the player, don't put them on the field. Without timeouts that runs was not smart. We were getting stuffed often today. What about a screen or a slant. You knew they would play the run, due to us having a rookie in there. We need to stop being so predictable.

They knew we would play the run the whole game, and yet we still sucked passing.

It about trusting the passing game not indviduals. If you see the whole game and notice we suck in the passing offence, it wouldnt be to hard to see why they tried to run.

funny how your fumbles are careless, but when you cause fumbles they are 'good plays'....wake up and take some objectivity pills

Thats the problem, you are too blind to see the truth. Two very bad teams played in the game today, welcome back to mediocrity Stains fans, you guys suck too. We already know we do, it will be tough for you once you finally realize it yourself.

We had this game, and running the ball with no time outs and getting negative yards is just ridiculous! Why not though the ball and set up a game winning field goal. I'm so damn heated right now I don't know what the hell to do.

F the Saints, I hope Brees has an aneurysm tonight and dies!

Damn, that's a lil harsh isn't it?

    • That doesn't sound like a theory rooted in the short term futures of their GM and HC. I doubt they survive to see the end of that plan.
    • The Raiders have already shown enough interest in Jeanty that anyone after 6 that wants him and would trade up for him, will already be calling the Jags for a trade anyways. The only thing them signaling interest in Jeanty could do if their interest was to trade back, would be to bluff the Raiders into making a swap with them to add draft assets while still drafting whoever they are actually targeting.
    • I love when people go after his YAC ability as if he wasn't 5th in the Big 12 this past season in YAC, because he was. And you can say his style of YAC doesn't mesh with this type of game, but that on its face is just nonsense, because if he's good enough to be 5th in a major conference, it clearly meshes well with his game. The reason you say it doesn't, is because you think all he is good at is making contested catches because of his radius, but because you haven't watched enough of his full tape, you don't realize that he's consistently used in the screen and short slant game to get the ball in his hands because he actually is a solid YAC guy because he's surprisingly agile for a player of his size.   No, he's no Tyreek, but he has more than enough wiggle to his game that you combine it with everything he does at an elite level because of his size, and it makes for a guy who is going to be a consistent 1k yard and 10+ TD player.  He can be the true outside #1 that we need, but he's also versatile enough to be moved into the slot at times to scheme the ball into his hands against smaller nickel corners or slower linebackers. He's a slightly less physical Mike Evans but with more agility, my comp was always AJ Green.  He's going to be an elite #1 WR in this league for the next decade, if he's there and we pass on him to trade down for another WR, we will regret it for a long time.
