If he could pull off a miracle 2000 yd season that would get him in.

never will happen with him being double teamed every play. Plus he has lost a step also. The dude is over thirty, not the age you want to be at when you trying to break records

Really

Since the Super Bowl has started

How many WR's are in the H O F that have not won a Super Bowl ?

Then you have WR's like

Tim Brown

Andre Rison

Chris Carter

Marvin Harrison

Torry Holt

Randy Moss

T O

That have similar or better numbers and some have Super Bowl rings

Ricky Prohel

As of today has better stats

Played in 4 Super Bowls won 2

669 catches 8878 yds 54 TD's

There are too many quality wideouts out right now. I think To, Moss,Colston, and maybe a Fitzgerald or Andre Johnson are virtual locks. A name that's not getting brought up is Hines Ward... I think he has a pretty fair shot at getting in.

The first Panther to have a legitimate shot will be Peppers, and unless he has an insanely long career, Carolina will be the place he's spent the most time and could even be the only place where he visited the Super Bowl.

there is no reason for him to not be celebrated as the greatest WR this organization has ever had.

and that aint sayin much...sad huh?

i love smith. one of the reasons, one of the few reasons ive gone to as many panther games as i have.

i go just for the chance to see this guy make incredible plays.
